1.  负责医院筹备期护理管理工作,制定护理工作规划与工作计划,并组织实施.

2.  负责护理规章制度、标准及流程的制定.

3.  负责护理团队建设与护理人力资源的管理和临时调配,动态掌握护理人员工作、学习 及思想状况.

4.  负责护理教学工作.   制定护理人员培训计划,组织护理专业培训、考核以及实习、轮 转工作.

5.  负责处理医院护理质量评估工作.

6.  完成上级领导交办的其他工作.

任职要求:

1. 15 年以上、副主任护师及以上技术职称.

2.  护理专业本科以上学历.

3.  医疗行业经验:三甲公立医院护士长及以上的护理管理工作经验;或知名民营医院护 理总监工作经验.

4.  扎实的护理理论及丰富的护理管理经验;较强的问题分析、组织协调及领导能力.

5.  具备团队管理能力和项目管理能力.

6.  具备一定英语基础,熟练使用 PPT、Excel 等 office 办公软件.

7.  良好的亲和力和沟通能力,工作积极细致,较强的服务意识和结果导向.

8.  品行端正,具有较强的职业精神和工作责任感.

Responsibilities:

      1.   Responsible for the management of nursing hospital during the preparatory period.

2.   Establish international-level nursing standards based on JCIA requirements.

      3.   Ensure the nursing staff are carrying out policies and procedures and are complying with hospital regulations.

4.   Participate in the planning and design of hospital nursing.

      5.   Make strategic plans for nursing staff recruitment, training, retention and development and ensure the plan is appropriately executed.

6.   Organize nurse resources to support marketing activities as required and promote the hospital pro-actively.

7.   Undertake other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

    1.   More  than  15  years  working  experience  in  the  nursing  field,  5-10  years  in  a management and leadership role.

2.   Bachelor degree or above, majoring in nursing.

3.   Good interpersonal communication and negotiating skills.

4.   Experience in the execution of disciplinary actions.

5.   Excellent management and leadership skills.

6.   Independent problem solving ability, conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.

7.   Strong ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

8.   Good English skills and possess a Chinese nursing license.
