1. 医院筹建,搭建人员、体系、运营管理架构及参与并监督实施.

2. 综合公司现有健康医疗产品及未来医疗、健康、养老各模块业务相结合的思路,使之 与医院建设相结合,既推进现代化医疗机构的建立,同时兼顾公司现有软件系统、硬件 产品的落地和推广.

3.  管理医院各科室的日常运营工作.

4.  与集团健康产业事业群其它事业单元协作,全面发展建设大数据时代的现代化、数字 化先进医疗机构.

5.  公司战略层面,产业相关的其它工作.

任职要求:

1.  年龄 35-50 岁,医学类相关专业博士以上学历,副主任医师以上职称.

2.  具有三甲医院 10 年以上临床医疗工作经验.

3.  具有 5 年以上医务部门管理经验,有院长工作经验优先考虑.

4. 了解各专业基本医疗常识,熟悉医院诊疗流程,医师绩效制定评估,医师职级评定流 程等管理制度,熟悉医师专业水平培训业务.

5.有较强的计划、组织、沟通、协调及公关能力,有先进的管理理念、开拓性思维、团 队协作与敬业精神.

6. 具备医疗机构推行 ISO9000 或 JCI 相关工作经验者优先.

Responsibilities:

1.   Responsible for the hospital set-up strategy, team build up, organization set up and overall operation.

2.    Base on company’s current health products and future health business thoughts, leading the modern hospital set up.

3.   Taking into account the company's existing software systems and hardware products landed and promotion.

4.   Responsible for overall hospital daily operation.

Requirements:

1.   PHD degree with major in medical or related area.

2.   At least 10 years above experience in hospital management; solid medical knowledge of all specialized departments; familiar with the diagnosis and treatment in hospital, physician performance assessment, and physicians rank evaluation processes such as management systems; familiar with the physicians professional training service.

3.   Strong planning, organization, communication, coordination and public relations skills

4.   ISO9000 or JCI related experience preferred.

5.   Overseas working experience preferred.

6.   Proficient in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
