This position performs various administrative and accounting tasks that contribute to the maintaining smooth operation of the front office functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receptionist answering telephones, greeting visitors.
- Process expense reports and other accounting functions.
- Work closely with management.
- Perform other duties as needed.
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-4 year degree preferred..
- Strong Outlook and Microsoft skills including intermediate level Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
