GENERAL SUMMARY
This position performs various administrative and accounting tasks that contribute to the maintaining smooth operation of the front office functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  •   Receptionist answering telephones, greeting  visitors.
  •   Process expense reports and other accounting functions.
  •   Work closely with management.
  •   Perform other duties as needed.

 
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  •   High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-4 year degree preferred..
  •   Strong Outlook and Microsoft skills including intermediate level Excel skills.
  •   Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
