Contract Type: 
  • Drive online customer support meeting to troubleshoot customer's NetBrain product installation issue
  • Support internal developers for software package registry and delivery
  • Function as a technical, engineering and operational subject matter expert for product development by participating in the Technical Advisory meetings and providing product feature improvement requests based on customer feedback
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the knowledge base/ Tech Forum



  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in windows operating system including windows 2003, 2008 and 2012
  • Deep understanding of windows IIS, Registry and preferable software package delivery
  • MCSE or equivalent experience is required
  • Experience working with network fundamentals, including routing and switching, is highly preferred
  • Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
