Collect travel industry trends and analyze customer’s travel patterns. Increase our product offering by promoting our services to new travel partners from different regions/countries. Manage the quality of our affiliate program and expand its reach by promoting it to prospective affiliates. Attend travel shows/events representing the company to find new leads and business opportunities. Occasional travel may be required. Propose and execute projects to expand new product offering to our customers and affiliates. This may include working with project management, UI/UX, or development teams to coordinate the scope and implementation of the project.
• Duties include assisting in all aspects of server support including patching, upgrading and maintaining both hardware and software. • Assists with account creation and maintenance. • Assists other IT support staff with various technologies as needed. • Assist with daily on-going issues and handles more complex issues. Assists in the design of new systems and procedures. Works on special server team projects as assigned. Flexible schedule necessary - long hours as well as some weekends and holidays as needed to ensure the department meets production commitments.
